I have been experiencing several difficulties with network. Many times network does not allow me to make calls nor it allows me take calls. I am frustrated with airtel now.
Even my office which is on ground floor, the network is never available to call. I have to come out of the office to take a call. No internet, no message nothing is working. kindly tell me the procedure to port or migrate from airtel postpaid to others.

Visit your nearest Airtel relationship center and inform them that you want to migrate/port from postpaid to prepaid, they will check if you have any bill due and if you have any then clear them out. once cleared all dues, they will port you

ReplyDeleteSpeak to the sales representative and let them know you wish to transfer your postpaid connection to a prepaid.They will try to dissuade you, but be firm.
Pay off any pending amount, take the deposit and then ask them to swap the billing type, i.e., conversion from postpaid to prepaid.
