I want to port from Airtel postpaid to Airtel prepaid; tell me the procedure

Hello,

I have been experiencing several difficulties with network. Many times network does not allow me to make calls nor it allows me take calls. I am frustrated with airtel now.

Even my office which is on ground floor, the network is never available to call. I have to come out of the office to take a call. No internet, no message nothing is working. kindly tell me the procedure to port or migrate from airtel postpaid to others.

Vodafone Network Issue - Not able to call or receive SMS

Had raised a complaint on 30th Nov 2018 that i am having network issue at my new location. They told it will get resolved soon. Had clearly told would not pay the bill until issue is resolved. Got a call in 1st Dec that some one will visit my location and resolve the issue. Which did not happened till 31st Dec, post lot of calls and follow-up. They kept on barring the call despite of giving details. Now when asking to wave-off the bill because of network issue, they tell (Mohit from Co-operate team, that it is rental and can not be waived off. Even after talking to there representative they tell have not talked. Attaching the complete mail below.

Let me know a number where i can contact. What do you mean by service resume when the connectivity issue is not resolved. I am hoping someone will call today or share the number wherw i can contact.
Since network issue has not been resolved you would have to waive off this bills till issue gets resolved.

This is really frustrating, no solution to the problem till now.
I keep getting call for bill and outgoing calls barred but no one is ready to provide a solution.
Because of call getting barred and vodafone showing such irresponsible behaviour had to pay the bill.
But i am not going to pay any further bills and proceed for porting.

My issue is not yet resolved and calls are barred again.
Have clearly told until the network issue is not resolved will not be paying the bill.
Instead of resolving the issue barring the calls is not going to help.
Have mostly being prompt in paying when there was no issue.
Today also got a call from Network team and was told some one will visit at 2:30 PM.
Have neither got a call or anybody visited tried reaching the number 9513510578 as well as Divya’s but no one picked. Would request to please resolve this issue or let me know if need to switch operator.

My Airtel Lifetime Incoming Free Pack Expired suddenly without notice

Sir/ma’am.
    This is complain against Airtel. I had a  lifetime validity on my Airtel Number 9934179780 but it’s showing some couple of days (outgoing call expire on 15 Dec 2018) 
Please resolve my issue 
I try to contact Airtel office by physically and online but they unable to resolve my issue.

Airtel Lifetime Validity Expired - Message recieved from Airtel - Must Recharge for 28 days for Rs.23

Dear Sir,
I had purchased my airtel sim 12 years back in 2008 with lifetime validity offer. According to this offer the validity of my sim card should be 2038 without any recharge or minimum balance. Suddenly, Airtel along with Vodafone( Idea) and Docomo decided in October 2018 to change the rules of validity for new as well as existing users and enforce mandatory monthly recharge for all users. This is a violation of the plan i had bought which clearly stated my validity to be till 2038. Please do something regarding this matter.
I am not the only one facing this problem. There are thousands of complaints online regarding this matter. TRAI has not done anything till now. They cannot change the rules since I as existing customer paid for the service and I am not getting the full validity for the paid amount. Please find the screenshot below; you will see how many people are facing the same problem due to sudden fraud rules by airtel, vodafone+idea and docomo. We deserve justice as common citizen of India.
My Airtel number is 9898487477. If this issue is not resolved then we as customers will be forced to go to Jio or BSNL.
