hello sir i am resistant of village - dehra (markota) Po - hatwar Teh- ghumarwin Distt- bilaspur HP (Pin 174028) .Last Few Months, we are all the villagers suffering from water problem. We have a private connection. Firstly our private connection pipe remain always block . This is declare by lineman that they cant do anything. whenever we report to any person . We have verbal complaint.. I feel that this is clearly a matter of harassment to our all villagers.
