Adobe PhotoShop 10 Hard Copy Lost - How to Recover the Software from Hard Disk

Question : I purchased this program from Best Buy. I have had to recover my computer back to original configuration, since then, I have lost my hard copy of Adobe Photoshop 10, and was wondering if I could recover this without having to purchase it again. I cannot access my photos that were backed up as Adobe Photoshop file types. Without this, I have lost a world of photos. I am very disheartened. Please help!

I suggest you convert the data to standard JPG files
